Patient intake for dental & medical clinics

Your front desk closes at 18:00. Patient demand doesn't.

GranionAI answers patients on Telegram and books them into your clinic calendar — at night, on weekends, over lunch, and during the peaks your receptionist can't absorb. It reads and writes to the same schedule your team already uses.

The problem

Two places where bookings leak

Neither is a staffing failure. Both are a coverage gap — the request arrives when no one is at the desk, or faster than one person can process it.

Nights · weekends · lunch

The message arrives, nobody answers

A patient writes when the front desk is physically closed. They don't wait until morning — they message the next clinic on the list, and that clinic books them.

Marketing peaks

The campaign works, the queue doesn't

A campaign lands and enquiries arrive in bursts. One receptionist can't reply to all of them in time, so part of the ad budget converts into unanswered messages instead of appointments.

How it works

From message to confirmed slot, without the front desk

The patient writes to your clinic on Telegram — any hour, any day.

GranionAI replies, identifies the service, and offers only slots that are genuinely open in your calendar.

The appointment is written to your CRM. Your team sees it in the morning alongside every other booking.

How it's built

The safety guarantees are structural, not promises

"What if the AI gets it wrong?" is the right question to ask. The answer is in the architecture: the system is constrained so that the expensive mistakes aren't available to it.

Scheduling

One calendar, checked at write time

Availability is read from your CRM live, and the slot is re-validated at the moment of booking. There is no separate AI calendar to reconcile, so double-booking isn't a risk the system can create.

Escalation

Anything unusual goes to a human

Off-script questions, complaints, clinical concerns and anything outside the configured scope are handed to your staff with the full conversation attached — instead of being improvised.

Audit

Every conversation is logged

Each dialogue and each booking it produced is stored and reviewable. When something looks wrong, you can see exactly what was said and when — and the behaviour gets corrected in configuration.

Control

Your rules, your wording

Services, hours, doctors, prices, cancellation policy and tone are configuration, not guesswork. Your team can pause the assistant or take over any conversation at any point.

Scope

What it handles, and what it deliberately doesn't

A clinic assistant that tries to answer everything is a liability. This one has a defined boundary, and the boundary is part of the product.

Hi! Can I book a dental cleaning this week?
Good evening! Yes — Wednesday at 15:00 or Thursday at 11:00 are open. Which works better for you?
Thursday at 11
You're booked for Thursday at 11:00. I'll send a reminder the day before 🙂
Rollout

Live in about two weeks, supervised before it's autonomous

The assistant doesn't go straight to answering patients unattended. It runs under review first, so your team sees its behaviour before it carries real traffic.

Days 1–3

Configuration

We map your services, hours, doctors and policies, and connect to your CRM calendar. You review the wording before anything goes live.

Days 4–10

Supervised run

The assistant answers real patients while your team reviews the transcripts. Everything that reads wrong gets corrected in configuration, not left to chance.

From day 10

Autonomous, with a kill switch

It runs on its own outside working hours and in peaks. Your staff can pause it or take over any conversation at any moment.

Integration & data

A layer on top of your systems, not a replacement for them

Appointments made by the assistant land directly in the CRM your team already works in — no duplicates, no manual re-entry, no second screen to check.

Pricing

Two numbers, no hidden fees

No commission per booking, no per-message billing, no charge that grows when your marketing works.

Setup & supervised launch
€1,000

One-off. Configuration for your clinic, CRM integration, and the supervised run before it goes autonomous.

Ongoing
€400/mo

Running the assistant after launch, including configuration changes, monitoring and support.

That's below a receptionist's monthly cost in Prague — and this shift doesn't call in sick, take holiday, or stop at 18:00. One recovered appointment per week typically covers it; you can check that against your own average treatment value.

Design partners

We work with a small number of clinics at a time

GranionAI is early, and we'd rather say that than invent case studies. There are no borrowed logos and no invented conversion numbers on this page — everything above describes how the system is built, not how well it supposedly performed for someone else.

Questions clinics ask first

Straight answers

Will patients know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. The assistant identifies itself as your clinic's automated assistant and offers a human at any point. Pretending otherwise would be both a legal and a trust problem.

What happens if it can't answer?

It stops and hands the conversation to your staff with the full context, rather than guessing. Silence from the assistant is always a handoff, never a dead end.

Do we have to change our CRM?

No. It integrates with the system you already use — ClinicCards today, others on request. If your CRM can't be integrated yet, we'll tell you that before you pay anything.

What if we want to stop?

The monthly plan runs month to month. Your data and conversation history come with you, and the assistant can be switched off in minutes.
